This includes all regular maintenance of your greenspace. Mowing, edging, spot treatment of weeds and leaving your property better than we found it.

Are you out of town, but want us to do a walkthrough of your property? No problem. Call, text or email us to set up a walkthrough. 

Do you want to attend to discuss certain areas of interest, but can't because your away? No problem. Attend virtually. We offer Google Meet or Skype virtual walkthroughs. 

Do you need someone onsite to check your home while your away? We got you covered. Our weekly and bi- weekly visits puts us at your property anyways. So save expensive travel fees from other home watch services. 

We check to make sure all your doors are locked. Windows are secure, gates are shut and home is safe and ready for your arrival. 

We also provide real time photos upon request. So you can have an up to date on site photo of your properties condition.
